The following conditions may apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Item must be received by us in original condition, with no signs of wear.

All personalized and custom orders are non-refundable.
- Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Exchanges - All exchanges will be treated as new orders. Simply reorder the new order online, we will process the new order, and ship it out promptly. You will receive a credit (minus shipping,) once we receive your return.
